Eat Your Vegetables

     On a daily basis, we humans have to make choices, the right and the wrong. For example, ice cream or toast for breakfast. Or chocolate cake with whipped cream, fruits, syrup, candies and a cherry on top or … palate full or veggies! Of course, any normal human would choose the cake, but the correct choice would be the vegetables.  Junk food is a brilliant treasure for many, but is horrible for us. Unlike junk food, veggies may be revolting, but is awesome for us!  Additionally, junk food can cause certain disease,but veggies prevent diseases. The great taste is not worth the pain. Eating vegetables is not what you want but what you need, Junk food is what we want, but not what we need.  We don't need a lot of items, but want, for example staying up late is what we want but sleep early if what we need. Therefore not all that items we want in life can be there when we want at the exact time and moment.  Wish and eat for what you need.  Eat your veggies!!!!
