Last week for two days, I was sick with a cold. On Monday night, my stomach hurt, and I felt nauseous, and I didn't sleep that much. On Tuesday, I still had a stomach ache, and I still felt nauseous, so my Mom called the doctor, and instead of making an appointment, they asked how long it would take to get there. When I was at the doctor, they did some tests by pressing my stomach, and it seemed to react the way it should when the appendix is inflamed. After the doctor, we went to Credit Valley Hospital, to the ER. We did the triage, and then waited, and then went into the waiting room. In the waiting room, they did lots of tests, and they poked me with a needle. We waited a lot longer, and I got an ultrasound, which didn't show anything. We then waited even more, because they said a surgeon was going to come and examine me. The surgeon then had to preform a surgery on someone else, and no one knew how long it would take. Finally, Mom, Dad and I got fed up, got the documents from the desk, and we went to SickKids in Toronto. There, we did a little waiting, they asked some questions, and then we went to the patient room which had a TV. I was then examined by a doctor, who concluded I was fine, and the pain was just because of my cold. We went home. On Wednesday  I stayed home, sleeping, and eating lots of food, because Credit Valley starved me for 12 hours. I then recovered, and went to school on Thursday. That's all for now, bye journal!
