Here is a list of food we should eat:
  • fruits and veggies
  • legumes( a plant or crop)
  • Kale( type of vegetable salad thing)
  • Salmon
  • Nuts
  • Pumpkins

Nuts are healthy as they contain calories. Legumes contain protein and fiber.
