#29.Salad

There are many different ways to make salad. These are the things you will need to make the salad I'm telling you:
  • 2 cups cooked black beans
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 avocado peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime rind
  • 1\4 cup of lime juice
  • 1\4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • jalapeno pepper chopped

Place chickpeas, black beans, red pepper, tomatoes, onions, avocado in a bowl. Then whisk dressing ingredients together in a another bowl mix all these things together. Then finally refrigerate for one hour before eating.
